How many pairs of rodholders on that girl? Top is a find. Bimini constructed similar here in Lakeland runs a lot more.

There are total of 8 SS horizontal rod holders essential for live baiting we do around here..I cannot thank DMoore enough for recently sending me the ones he never used off the 21 he got several years back...some of the striper-heads down here have 20+ of these holders on there boats due to cut-baiting...

Total 6 rods in the gunwale inserts...total 11 standups including the ones on the bait-tank...plans to add 4 more stand-ups...live-baiting these lakes for stripes is a rod-heavy undertaking..we can easily have 8 lines in the water..more gets crazy sometimes...all that's probably more than you wanted to know...

Here are 6 in use and not in the picture are the two in front of the windshield...

...love this stuff!!......you gotta go w/me some time...

One other thing iphones/ipads will teach you quickly is, while on battery power and not using apps, TURN OFF the apps you've been using...as mentioned above, charts and other apps burn power and until you actually turn 'em off, the meter is spinnin'!!...

Sweet set-up for that type fishing. I have been thinking about some extra rod holders. Those spin right off and are held in place by a jam nut?
Looking good.

Yeah they got a big wing nut to lock 'em down...easy on/off...I do not recommend for conventional trolling w/big motor, but for pulling live bait around w/an electric motor, they ARE fo shizzle...we'll generally have 4 free lines (hook and bait only w/2 of those on side-planers) and 4 down lines (1 1/2 oz egg over a 4-5' leader) slowly easing around w/that elec motor...

Easy removal of those rod holders make it easy to take the girls boarding w/my V20 Ski Boat!!..LOL!!

Those Alabama Rigs are getting all sorts of rave reviews and stuff, but we've been using slightly bigger versions here in the NE salt for years. One of the more common names is 9'er Rigs or Umbrella Rigs.

Willy, we started trollin' Umbrella rigs a few years back...I know you guys have been pullin' 'em for ever...these Alabama rigs are very castable and troll great too...

CB, I've lately been seein' a rig between the two that i think you're referring to...it's a small diameter U-rig and it's workin' pretty good to for trollin' but I don't think it's castable...rave reviews down here too on the A-rigs...sellin' 'em fast as they can put 'em on the shelf...
