Reel, those are "stick boats" you speak of, they have to hang the bed sheets out to qualify as a blow boat. BTW they call our boats smut buckets

in the early sixties i believe that the mfg boat stood for multi-layer fiberglass.
back then and a little earlier old school yachtsmen said if god wanted boats made out of fiberglass he would have made fiberglass trees!

NFG - No F'n Good... usually used in the company of AFU and POS
Often used refering to trailer brakes, trailer lights, and the level-wind reel that you haven't cleaned since last spring.

Lubber Line -the fixed ship's heading line on the compass
Lubber (as in landlubber) - the guy that is crying between pukes that he wants to go in when its 2 ft or less and everyone else is catching fish

la-di-da boat - any boat with carpet and more cup holders than rod holders

PWC - floating dirt bikes that go a mile out of their way to come do a circle around you and the spot where you WERE catcking weakfish.

What's the difference between a Hoover and a PWC?
