Default Need to redo my cuddy

The winter up in NJ is killing me, every day I walk outside and see my poor V21 covered up and blanketed in snow. I was hoping for a mild winter but that's not happening so rather then waiting until it finally warms up to get idea's I figured I'd start picking your brains now!

I bought Ozzie's V21 back in November, I cannot tell you how excited I am to finally have a V again. The cuddy on the V21 needed to be gutted which Ozzie took care of, but now its time to finish the project. I have had multiple questions from my boys regarding what Daddy is going to do with their cabin (they actually call it their cabinet) to make it nice. Having been strictly a center console guy since I was 12 the cabin area provides challenges to me from the perspective that I really didn't want a cabin, I did it to accomodate the kids and the lady in my life.

So here's what I need. Idea's on how and what to use to refinish the cuddy. I had the local canvas guys come by for quotes on cushions...800??? Need a more economical solution then that. The lady would like a potty but I don't know where to put it so its usable... I'd like to refinish it so its comfortable for the kids and potentially an overnight in a pinch, get a potty in there and create some storage. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated! Pictures of your cuddy setup would be great too!
