Default Oh well I almost fubar my V yesterday..

I slammed my V into a sandbar at 36 MPH so hard the engine flew up and out the water, came to a complete stop almost toss my passengers overboard. Thank God I am happy to report no damage to the hull or transom.
I carefully examined the transom for cracks and the bottom for gouges I found nothing at all. I guess I am really lucky.
I know on various other sites the ARJAY or other composite transom has been questioned and critique in regards to strength, I can sincerely say I am AMAZED to see its durability and strength ...
So hard was the impact it took off the paint on the LU which was media blasted, primed and painted. I will post a picture later...BTW I ignore the clear alarm on my depth sounder minutes before this happen we were sight seeing in the Indian River with the kids and friends. Lesson learned..Rookie mistake I guess...
