To Spare's point, three Jasper 350 Chevies in a row. Each engine had issues, serious issues and they stood by it and replaced it, the problem is eventually your mechanic gets a little tired installing three engines in a row.
These were their top of the line level rebuilds by the way.

hey guys. I got the results back on the compression test. 145 for cylinder one and 140 for 2, 3, and 4. Are these good numbers for a 3.7 liter? Everything else got fixed too. All done for 300 bucks.

thats very good and he took care of the alternator too sounds like a good price

well sadly he bought another boat. Ahwell, good to get that stuff done regardless of who buys it. Went for a 26 foot mako he said as he wanted somthing more ocean going. Anyway, on to buying a trailer for it I guess use it for striper fishing and wait until next season to buy a new boat.
