Motor is 220 pounds havier then the 175 Merc, coming in at 583 pounds.
Actual weight is closer to 650-670 pounds on that YAMAHA MJ. YAMAHA weighed them without a prop, oil or any accesories on it.

I think he was doing more than kissing that thing. That motor was violated!

Sweet motor. Merry Christmas indeed. I have had tank issues before where I had to get rid of a lot of premix. It burns just fine in any four stroke gas engine and they will burn it all up without the smoke. I always transferred it to my gas truck, not sure how the Yamaha would handle the mix. The transfer generated enough attention in the neighborhood that there were always "friends" available to empty the tank. Funny how that happens.

Thanks Ridge, I have been thinking of putting in like 5 gal at a time with a fill up in my truck, I have a 25 gal tank and I fill it like twice a week, so if I add a little at a time I am sure it will be fine. I know others that have filled there tank with it and ni issues, so what the hell!

Just make sure your bracket is bolted on tight though, that is one heavy SOB compared to a 2 stroker.
If it's like when I swapped out the old Rude for the Honda, you won't hear the motor runnin', but you will hear the pisser pissin'!!...another thing you'll notice is lack of vibration...it's like ya got a whole new boat, stem to stern ......congrats on the upgrade, MJ!!...
