Macojoe, I congratulate you again!

I admire your catches and imagine all the action you have in order to fill up a cooler, however I don't like to see you guys (commercials) keep 14" fluke up to 200lbs per day when I can't keep a 18" fluke here in CT and 19" in NY...but I learned how to deal with it! :-X

On the other hand, I'm also glad that the people managing the fish stocks are not ER doctors in my neck of the woods ::)

Bass I understand what you are saying!!

The recreation guys here get 7 fish at 17 1/2 and I think that is a crime!!

They put a lot of cash in the area for rods reels gas bait taxes ect.. exct.. and get dumped on!

I understand the commercial side of it also, cause of the dragers they will get lots of smaller fish that will go to waste if had to be bigger.

Its a battle all the time some agree some don't. I agree with both and stay with in the law!

Thanks twisted!!

Thank god I had a GPS and saved all my numbers! Cause I have been on them like I never left!

Nothing special! *
I use a made by me St.Croix 7' rod Lure wt 3/4 to 3 oz, *line wt 10 - 20 *Model F70MBK

I have a Penn Mag10 or Penn 146 Squidder, loaded up with 65# Spider Wire Stealth.

On the end of that I have a fish finder, with as much weight I need to be on the bottom, 4 to 8 oz

Swivel to a 30" long 25 or 30 pound Seagaurd Floro leader with either a 3/0 wide Gap (37160S) *or 6/0 Gamakatsu Octopus hook.

I start out with caught by me Squid, I just bring 3 squid a trip as I start using Fluke belly after I start catching, Some say use the belly, I use both sides and it wiorks great!!

Ok now is a slow tide I use about 6" or better stirp to catch the fish, But if ther tide is running I will use 4" on the hook.

Slow tide you need long to make it look good for them lazy slobs!

Fast tide you need short to omake them run up on the hook cause you moving by them fast, if left long they will just be biting the tail of the bait and never getting to the hook.

There you go, you now no how anmd what I use to get Fluke.

I will get a pic tomorrow

mj pics will do me wonders ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
