DO NOT BID TILL YOU GO LOOK!!!!

There have been many boats that say they are perfect only to go to the dump after you bid!!

Tell the owner your coming to look,
ck the floor for soft spots
Grab motor and lift to see if there is any movement in the transome
run the motor, ask for a sea trial, do compression test yourself! Its easy, rent nfrom AZ for free or buy one for like $25, remove all plugs, screw in compression tester turn motor over , repeat for all cylinders.

All clinders should be with in 10% of each other

Exsample 100 100 105 105 100 110 good
100 100 110 105 110 85 bad

Does it have trailer? will it make it home??

DO NOT BIB ON EBAY TILL YOU GO LOOK!!

I love my V now, but I bought mine off E-Bay and it was a nightmare, wrong title for trailer, boat title never transferred, had to track the old owner down. My definition of turn key was totally differnt of what he thought was turn key. The key did turn, but that was about it. :-/

He got back to me and will not do a sea trial. He said I am welcome to come look but no trial. I'd say that it's at least a 5 hour ride and now i'm not so sure it's worth the trip. Any advice? No sea trial, should this be an instant deal breaker?
