I'm impressed :o *Its good to know that when my transom is shot I can take an hour long trip to Delaware for a rebuild ;)

I'm dreading the real work, when the cap goes back on and filling in the seem as if it was never cut. I see alot of cloth, filler, sanding...and some cursing involved. ;D

looks great hammer. I had to replace my whole deck from the fish box forward and was worried about how the finished deck would look. it looks great, you can't tell where the seam is. it will come together for you.

Hey Phat, did you repaint the floor to hide your work ?
Plan on cutting a portion of te deck out and figured on repainting the deck with a textured paint to hide the seam where I cut.

Not much done today, gotta work tonight. Snuck down for about an hour, ruffed up the cloth for its second coat and did alittle grinding on the stringers, trying to get off that gray paint.



A little here and a little there, she'll get done. ;)
