That looks like some sort of contraption that Johnny Knoxville would use to somehow injure his nuts.

Ok, I have one more thing to build before I can get to work. I need to build a cradle for the hull so it wont lose it's shape while I'm cutting stringers and bulkheads out. Unlike the contraption on wheels, I'm a little more nervous about this part because this is where the shape of the boat comes from and I think if I screw this up the hull will end up with a twist. Any suggestions as to the best places to support the hull? I took it off the trailer last night and right now it's sitting on blocks. I've drawn a few ideas out on paper (everything always looks good on paper), but I'm unsure of the best points to support the boat. Right now I'm thinking either along the chines or the the first strakes in from the chines and the keel. Any suggestions?

Looks good. Where did you find those wheels as I need 4 that size or bigger to move the shed in my back yard. I need some that do not swivel.

None of the wheels swivel. You can find them at Harbour Freight, off of Military HWY (by Military Circle). They are rated at 300lbs a piece and cost almost 20 bucks a piece. If you want then to swivel, then you'll have to fabricate something for that (which is what I had to do).
