Hmm, so that center hole goes directly to the bilge area, and you dont have two seperate holes that drain out through teh transom. ???

Drill out out and install two splashwell drains with scupper flaps. The drain hole in the center...I guess you have no choice, but to let it drain into the bilge area. ???
