Your comments are appreciated, but more im-potently...

Welcome Tally-Ho. I'm a bit confused (there's a surprise). Were you the winning bidder? Do you live in the Brockton area? I'm just a few miles away. ;)

Sorry, I took diction lessons from Tom Menino.

Yes, I am the winning bidder (allthegoodnameswerealreadytaken)

So, is this really a Wellcraft? If so is it a precursor to the V20?

If not I figure the trailer is worth the price but I'm really hoping that the boat is a diamond in the rough.

Do we call you mumbles? ;D
Yes it is a Wellcraft. Not the same hull as the V20. I think they shared some hull designs with the old Manatee/Angler as well as a few others with that same design.
I still think ya got a good deal from the looks of things. 8)

Figurin' the hull, transom and floor are all solid, you've got a great starter :D ...classic boat there...lots of potential...some around here would pull the I/O and go bracket/ outboard, while others would build 'er back like she is....keep us posted on what ya do...and pictures, pictures, pictures... ;D ;D ;D ...

...and welcome to the board ;) 8) ...

Welcome Tally Ho! (like your eBay name, too ;) )

Hoping that the boat is solid, if she is you got a nice deal there. Looking forward to hearing more about her and what you do with her.

Two things to keep in mind:

We love pics.

Don't let the Stink Man scare you away.
