I have been pretty qiute about this, but this was just wrong!!

I payed for the motor in good faith and was willing to come get it till you said you had a guy to bring it here.

In reality I own the motor when you took the money!!

You should have never sold something that never belonged to you in the first place!!
You told me that your father gave it to you and that you were going to rebuild it till you hurt yourself. Was this a lie??

When I called you the other day I knew something was wrong just the way you were acting on the phone. Why did you not just tell me then??

I am contacting Ebay and letting them know what you have done and let them deal with you in there own way, If I have it my way you will not be able to sell anything there again!!

I will be watching ebay, if I see this motor there again i will email every bidder and tell them to beware of you, ending the auction early and changing your mind in the end.

Thanks for nothing!!!

From the, Maco Man!!

joe,
sorry you are so pissed. nothing was wrong on the phone the other day. your money never cleared until yesterday. the injury was not a lie as you can see in the enclosed picture. as the listing stated, i reserved the right to end the auction early. things happen and i am sorry it didnt work out for you. threatening me is not a good idea as i have maintained a 100% feedback on ebay and try to be as honest as possible. we are a military family and i have served my country well since 1987 in special missions. i go the places people like you dont want to go. as far as ebay rules go..the only person that broke the rules was yourself by contacting me outside of the auction to make an offer...and i keep all my correspondence in case someone like yourself would threaten me as you are.. have a nice day.

---------------------------------------------------------------------

I never contacted you!! Someone else did and you said you would do the deal, and then called me!! I just mearly returned your call!

As fr your 100% feedback that will not be case later this eveing!!

as for serving this country and your injury, whats that got to do with the ending of the auction (which you did) with calling me (you did) excepting my money (which you did) ??

And as far as threats go, what are you tring to say to me with this??

"threatening me is not a good idea as i have maintained a 100% feedback on ebay and try to be as honest as possible. we are a military family and i have served my country well since 1987 in special missions. i go the places people like you dont want to go."

Sounds more like you are trying to threaten me!

no threats here. you said my injury is a lie ..you also said that you would be contacting all my bidders and leaving me negative feedback. first of all, you didnt buy anything from me that was listed on ebay. your friend or pal( bigshrimpin) contacted me outside of ebay. the only feedback you would affect would be yours or his. dont worry about contacting ebay as i will go ahead and contact them myself this evening and forward all the correspondence from the beginning. i had the right to end the auction for whatever reason. you didnt send immediate funds or the motor or you would have had it before something happened. it just so happened my father needed it back in the time it took for the funds to clear. get over it.
