Progress....w/PICS!!!!

While progress has been extremely slow, I've managed to make some..... I've removed all of the hardware and finally got the cap off today. The "soft" transom is not soft at all, instead it's soaking wet, mushy and rotten... :-[ Oh well. I plan on making a few cheap sawhorses so I can get the cap out of the way completely... The transom is just the beginning... :o












I don't have any questions yet, but I wouldn't mind some suggetions.. :)
