I've never seen the twin props before. I have a 225 Johnson 1987 that I would like to switch out. How fast would a 150 Yammi cruise and at what GPH?? Any ideas?

well I have no idea how much MPH but I have mine (175) figured out to be about 3 mpg.
But that is doing a 14 mile run one way, 14 mile run back and a hole lot of running aroud in between.
I feel I get pretty good gas?

The twin props are a special set up and you just can't do it on any motor.
I had a buddy with that set up on a I/O and it performed real well!!
Never saw it on a O/B before.

IMHO the VMAX is geared low enough that it shouldn't need the twin prop! It should get a great hole-shot with a regular prop!

Man, I'd hate to get that thing home and find out it had the wrong props!! :-[probably does since it was set up for a Bass Boat...

Text said dual props for an "unnoticable" hole-shot...if I's gonna go to that much trouble and expence, I'd wanna NOTICE the h-ll outta it!... :o...
