The 89 and 90 models have the acrylic door to the cuddy cabin that slides into the bulkhead. This boat has the teak doors like my 87. Also the dash is different. I can attest to that because I have had a 90 and 87 model and there are slight differences.

Also the splash well on the 86 and 87 extended into the cabin and it did not on the 89 and 90. With the 89 and 90's there was a fair chance of having a plastic fuel tank which made it more desirable to me. That was one reason I went from the 87 to a V-21, because if I had to replace the fuel tank in the 87, I would have had to cut the floor in addition to removing the hatch in the floor.
