Got mine from a guy, who happily for me, was a complete non-mechanic. He thought the engine was getting unreliable and I got the boat. He'd fished it in the ocean off California for years and loved it. He replaced it with a 23' Striper W/A and told me later that the V was a much better boat in the ocean.

I love my boat!

Hey Destroyer thanks for info on Bellows I have installed all new gaskets and exhaust bellows ETC. for previous owner within last 2 years (He had out drive rebuild my local Marine dealer).Later Trans Yank

We really do love our v.s I was out fishing the other day and saw one in raritan bay nj and said to my son now that's a great boat I also pick them out very easily when you see them in a movie like cap Ron The last shot when he's going out there's one docked I told my wife hey there's one I love my boat

For all of you that are looking for a V20 I have one that I would be willing to part with... Half way through the restoration and have come to a halt for various reasons..

Do have pics if anyone is interested...
