These V's are collectors items !!

If structurally sound should be listed at approx. $ 75,000 give or take.

Someone just offered me $ 225,000 for my V21 and I flat out refused.

I assume hes getting financing as we speak.

Lumber..... I'm not one to tell a guy what to do, so this is just an opinion.
If you can get $ 350,000 for your V, that's a pretty decent deal in the current market.
I'd likely sell mine for that #.

Maybe, but really, that's fire sale pricing... way beneeth what it's really worth. This economy is hurting everyone.
