I agree about the propaganda.
I guess the point was that a US president should never appoint a CEO to head a commission on job creation? Or is it that a CEO should never try to make thier company as profitable as possible? Or is it both? I fail to see how this is a significant lack of leadership on the president's part? Not to say his leadership isn't lacking in other ways! The author was clever, no doubt, but overall a very weak attempt at drawing that parallel. I can see the comedic value in the sarcastic conclusion, but I'm afraid others are being "propagandatized" by stuff like this. And you are exactly right, when you hear it over and over and over, you start to believe it. Quote:
