I agree. No pourable now. Traditional layup with coosa or ply is the plan now.

You need to change the title of this thread "Need Transom Help" To "I Really Really Need Transom Help". Thats got to be about the tuffest way to repair the transom. How are you going to conect the stringers to the transom?

Jason, what does the rest of the boat look like? If it's in good shape, then do what the others have said and use wood and fiberglass. If it's in rough shape in other places, I would consider ditching the hull and finding another one...

So what have you decided to do with the boat? I checked your link and I would suggest that you change the wording and remove that you have seen them selling for $1,000 because it is less then what your asking. Just an idea.
