First I want to say that I respect him for what he did for our country and that puts him head and shoulders over the sh!t socialist party candidates but I am no fan of him and his record, I do not want him as president. See previous posts and picking the lesser of two piles of crap.
But it would be good to do an actual quote, that one about the 100 years in Iraq is not what the man said. That is the drive by medias version and spin by the socialist party candidates. What he said was that he would do whatever it takes to win the war on terrorism and secure this country, and if it took 100 years he would do it, and that he would not leave Iraq until the job was done and the troops could leave with a victory and a free Iraq. Big difference, but it is the type of thing I expected in the press today.
