I bid on this boat, but I didn't hit the reserve -

I called the seller, and he's asking $3900 -

summary: 1975 V20, original owner, 1990 Evinrude 200 VRO, trailer is rusted out & needs to be replaced -

What do y'all think about this price ? I'm tempted to drive down to FL and have a look, but I'd like to know what the right price is for this boat before I go -

This is my first boat, and I need a V20, so I'd appreciate any input from the group based on your experience (or based on anything, for that matter) -

$3900 isn't a good enough price on that boat to drive out of state for in my opinion.
