WELL THE MOTOR STARTS RIGHT UP, I RAN IT WITH THE OUTDRIVE OFF AT 700 RPM S, VERY SMOOTH, ALT CHARGING EVERY THING IS A GO NOW FOR THE OUTDRIVE INSTALL
