Rule # 1 - There are very few rules here.
Rule # 2 - You must use common sense before you post. Many times this is all it takes to realize you are about to go out of bounds.

New rule effective immediately:

Rule #3 - no bullying will be tolerated on this site. This is especially true in the Political forum.

So please be mindful of the language. I am ok with some swearing, but vulgar talk isn't going to be tolerated no matter who it is.

Taken directly from Mr. Webster:

vul·gar - making explicit and offensive reference to sex or bodily functions; coarse and rude.

Bullying - is the use of force, coercion, hurtful teasing or threat, to abuse, aggressively dominate or intimidate. The behavior is often repeated and habitual. One essential prerequisite is the perception of an imbalance of physical or social power. This imbalance distinguishes bullying from conflict.
