Nipper--1991 cuddy I/O for sale

Need to sell my 1991 V20 cuddy with 4.3 Litre V6 Mercruiser (190 hp). Hull is a 1991, but complete new factory engine with all new components was put into her in 2006. Engine has less than 100 hours on it. Outdrive is the original Mercruiser Alpha.

This was my Dad's boat he bought new in 1991. I came into possession of Nipper after my Pop passed away, and I have just not been able to use her due to a variety of circumstances with which I will not bore you. I offered it to my brother (for free) to keep up at our family cottage in Scituate, MA provided he pay for all the costs involved for storage, winterizing, etc. Well, it looks like the annual costs will run into the several thousand dollar range, so it just does not seem practical to keep Nipper with a few boat rides each year costing hundreds of dollars each. So, sentimentality must give way to practicality.

No need to extol the virtues of a V20 here, but I will say the floor is very solid with a little softness which I can feel (no one else seems to feel it) in the large hatch covering the fishbox. I know there is moisture inside because I get drips of that lovely, tell-tale "tea colored water" out of the hatch when tilted up. Other than that, she's very sound and sits on a 2005 dual axle galvanized trailer with surge (drum) brakes.
