Default Soon to be new owner

On the way this mornin to p/u this gal, she looks to be in good shape and will do a thorough inspection (I have seen her already but just a quick visual) to make sure there no more damage than seen. The rear floor access panel is soft, but the remaining floor is intact and solid all around that panel and going forward is solid, hull looks to be very solid,no cracks to be seen, but will do a more visual inspection before driving her home, wish me luck , http://atlanta.craigslist.org/nat/boa/4047199124.html

Well I got her:), negotiated the price down to $1050 as there are several areas that will need attention, spider cracking ,bad repair job, but the hulls solid and the stringers I could check out were solid except for 1 and it looks to be an easy fix,the transom area scares me a bit as they covered apparent damage with S.S. as shown, I'll take a hard look at that 1st and move on from there . The motor on her will go to a Wellcraft Classic 170 I have and that boats motor a Merc 115 T.O.P. will go on her later, she had apparently been purchased simply for the motor a 200 h.p. Merc and allowed to sit. She's a Tallahassee girl, soon to be a Savannah girl I hope once we move from here in Cartersville,Ga to the coast in a few months as we are coastal folks, my wifes a Jersey Girl, lived in Norfolk and Charleston. I'm a Chesapeake Bay boy born in Baltimore but raised in the coastal areas of Wilmington N.C. and Tampa. Hope to learn lots here and hope ya'll don't mind a little brain pickin from time to time. Hreres a few pics from the driveway

Tommy, I saw the "visitor message" you left on my profile... of course you can ask me questions.... preferably tho just do it in the forum so others can contribute as well and ALSO just as importantly so that others can benefit from the questions and answers in the future. The way a forum works is that we have a group discussion and everyone chips in if they have something to add.

Welcome to the family
