we were working on a golf course in pensacola and they were having a charge well drilled. a guy was raising the derrick for the well driller and got within 8-10 feet of a high voltage wire. it arced over and hit the rig which was mounted on a truck. he was standing on a platform about 6 inches off the ground. the charge went through him and blew both of his heels off when it went to ground.

Yea its scary....I got popped standing in about 4" of saltwater one time. Im kinda pissed that I screamed like a girl but it hit me probably 6 times in less than a second. An hour later my knees were so sore I could barely stand.

Worse one Ive heard was while I was doing show production. Didnt see it but teacher/boss let a young man who had worked with him tie in to the 3-pole main power at an auditorium. When the kid went to open the box, someone had left a screwdriver in there that fell over and blewup. He said the blast threw him over 100' across the show floor into a smokin heap of charred flesh. He had a massive hole in his chest and blew out the back of his leg.......I can only imagine how he felt afterwards because he said it took about two years before he stopped blaming himself for it..... Watch yo' azz!!!!!
