(or, you can try eBay for most any kind of manual) But it would really help if we knew what you were looking for.

Manuals for engines or components are usually available on e-bay or from the manufacturers website.
Owners manual for the boat - good luck with that, I bought mine from the original owner who was an engineer. He kept every slip of paper pertaing to the boat, no owners manual!!
