Talking Destroyer's new toy

Not official yet, but we have it under contract...Should close before the end of May. 3 Bedrooms, 2 full baths, attached 2 car garage and a finished basement on a half acre.

Yea I couldnt tell if he was taking a picture of the house or that 10' of elevation in the front yard

Yes, out of the flood zone WIlly. (thank God) Sorry...guess I should have said where it's located. The house is in Montville (voted one of the top 20 towns in the USA to live in.) on the side of a mountain...(but the land is flat where the house is.) If it floods it will mean that all of the East coast is under water. I'll be a little closer to you than before Rob....and, like you, will be using 287 as my primary route to the shore now. The house is not that far from the intersection of 80 & 287.

Yea you are almost literally right around the corner now. No excuse now not to get together for a beer and discussion on polit....I mean fishing!. Keep us up to date on your timeline for moving in. Would be glad to help out if you need a hand.
