Our Buddy MJ
I've been checking on MJ periodically and he seemed to be doing ok. He called me this morning from the hospital. Seems he fell and broke his hip.
 He said when he fell, his daughter and her boyfriend helped him up and into his chair. He sat for a while, but the pain was getting worse, so she called an ambulance. Next thing he knows they have him in Boston and had surgery to repair the hip. MJ stated they were going to get him out of bed and walking today but he didn't sound too happy with that. I'll keep youz guys posted if I hear more.

Wow, sorry to hear that. My dad fell and broke his pelvis, much worse. The hip they can correct surgically and get him up much faster. Only thing for the pelvis is lay in bed for 6-8 weeks.
Tell him to hang tough,chum.

Damn... when it rains it pours. Just when it seemed things were finally turning around for him. Please give him our best and keep us posted on his progress Chum, and thank you for keeping us all up to date. He's lucky to have such a good friend.
