Might be?? We going to change the filter tomorrow and top the tank off.

I told him to do plugs and wires also, one wire was messed up??

He got the boat last year and knows nothing about ity!!He has never changed the plugs or anything!!

I am giving him a crash coarse on how to fix and how to spend money!!
