That is a cool site about US 17.
I have traveled different stretches of 17 for most of my life...when I was a kid living in Georgetown, it seemed like the trip to Charleston down 17 took 3 days.

Thanks for this thread SP...the only boats I like better than old V-20's are old wooden boats.
When I was a teen there was a wooden head boat that ran out of Holden Beach that I used to go out on...can't come up with the name right now though
