thanks there Air, I hope to do the V better. She has such a perfect cabin inside. I've got to keep it long enough to get mold made soI can make my girl a mini ver. of the ol V20. She wants one that has the V / carolina flare that is around 10 ft long 4 to 5 ft wide so i told her i'd build her a boat this yr.

I bet. So why cant I get at least $4000 for it? its a loss on my end but a great deal for someone else...its relisted so we'll see if things change this week. sometimes the weeks you sell on ebay are hit or miss. considering when it was broke the last time i tired to sell it, it ended at $4500 but i thought i could do better. and now only $3050? we'll see this time around

It's not your boat Coburn, it's a sign of the times. I am constantly looking at prices of boats new and used. There are dealers around with 2005 inventory still.
The boat market crashed last year. There are absolutely fabulous boats for sale on THT that have been dropped in price seven, eight times and are still there.
I have seen mid 2000 regulators and contenders going for unbelievable prices.
The only things that are still moving, are the high end boats but the brokers have dropped the prices on them too.
I am very friendly with the people who own the largest Robalo dealer around and this past year they have had two of their long term salesmen leave for other jobs because they are not making any money.
I am feeling it too, I have a beautiful V20 for sale for less than I paid for it, and after many upgrades. Has not moved even though it is equiped the way most guys want to do their V's.
Can't explain it, don't understand it, just going to have to deal with it :-/

too bad i couldnt get down here to florida. maybe things would be different but considering its an i/o who knows. i would love to have it here but right now its not feasible for me. seeing people out boatng and fishing everyday eveb in january kills me. but i do plan on getting a smaller and cheaper boat to burn around in eventually. helps knowing there isnt a window i have to buy a boat and can use it.
