Just sometimes for me, when I click a link to a thread. Only a 5 - 6 second pause maybe. Not every time. I'd say more often than not it is pretty responsive for me. I'm on in the mornings through the afternoon. I upgraded to IE8 a couple weeks ago by the way.

I get on alot early in the am while watching the news and having coffee...its always super fast at that time. I definitely notice a lag when hitting the submit button. sometimes when changing pages. But like I said at leat for me it really hasnt been bad at all.

I find it all different times, like just now to read this I had a 8 sec wait.
I just hit the general and took 12 sec to load, a 1001 1002 count.

But hitting other threads I am counting 1 or 3 sec. Pretty intermittent

But one thing for sure it has never recovered from the big bang a few months ago

That's what my wife has been telling me the problem has been being on a couple of state sites.
Changed to Explorer and they would open.

Well it is better on Explorer than Foxfire.
About what Blue described.
I was experianceing about 30 seconds to 2 minutes to read and then post with Foxfire.

I don't think the issues here have anything to do with the browsers. It's an intermittent problem.
I'm running Safari on an IMac and having the same problems as everyone else.
