The 1st guy was local and just doin what he was told...Lowrance not shippin anymore of the "obsolete" stuff, so he figured he couldn't get it...the second tech (nice lady) was at Lowrance...she's sendin it NO CHARGE!...
But thanks to all who jumped in on this...specially you, Dawg!!...
