I have 2 ea. 1000 amp marine starting batteries (Boater's world) with an onboard charger and battery switch. They were $56.00 each. I'm starting my fourth season with them. When one fails, they will both get replaced. I keep the switch on at least one battery when it's in the slip for my bilge pumps.
