How stable is the V20 at rest?

fire. i've got a neighbor with a 24 ft carolina skiff & he loves it, fishes the bay, flats & inshore when not to rough. it is huge, like a barge. the plate says it is rated at 18 people. he swears its dry and smooth, i haven't ridden in it yet. he bought it brand new in oct of 05 for $15000(with trailer & johnson(suzuki)140 4 stroke). we went to chatlee in NC to pick it up.
