as far as painting information, pick up or down load the Awl Grip painting manual, it should answer all your questions about paint, be fore warned, it will take 10 more sanding than you think, and about 3 times more money. Once you get the manual, go ahead and paper clip all the applications( it explains prep for about any surface you ever thought about) that doesn't apply to your boat so you don't acciditally read the wrong instructions while mixing paint( speaking from experiance)
