Turbo, far as I'm concerned you ZACKLY RIGHT!!...specificly on his rig, if the max load of all 4 tires is added up, it will add up to a little over the actual weight, w/ a little to spare...I'm thinkin' it's a safe assumption, his 13'ers are rated close to mine... ;) ...
