FIREGUY, WELCOME TO THE SITE. I THINK 3/4" FORMING PLYWOOD WILL DO FINE.

AS FOR THE SEATS ARRANGEMENT, YOU COUL LOOK INTO THE GALLERIES AND SEE THE DIFFERENT VARIATIONS PEOPLE HAVE IN THERE.
