A lot ofguys are trying the no feed back steering and like it!! Cost is much less then power and less maintance! Jack plate?? If it was installed right and you trim it right I see no reason for one?? What are you seeing for speed? I have a Yamaha 175 and I do like 40 mph! With a 200 I would say you go about 45 at least! This hull was never made to do this kind of speed IMO any way so you should be fine. As for covers I think coustom will be the way to go?? I have never had one on mine so let some one else jump in on that. Good Luck!
