Well, like I said. I haven't seen it yet, but based on what he told me, it's toast. He said the skeg is broken off and it looks like the case is cracked. Prop is done too. Hopefully the gears and shafts are okay. If they are, I might be able to get by with a junk motor donor for the case only. I'm on the hunt. :-/
