I hear you, actually we moved from Red Bank proper across the bridge to Middletown(still R.B. address though) and lowered our taxes and tripled our property. We're in the Shadow Lake(not the retirement comm.) area. We love it here. I've got a sister in law in Brick, Herbertsville section and my dad keeps his boat at Arnolds on Beaver Dam, its nice down there. Maybe we'll see you at the J.B. show in Sept. I'll let you know how I make out with the v20.
