Nice looking Boat!! Hey what ever you get out of the force is a plus!! For $300 what you want. I wish you all the luck!!
But I would never be able to live with that carpet in my boat!! Blood soaked carpet stinks real bad !!

Looks and sounds like you dun good. :)
A real gem of a boat - I just love those naked bottoms. If that force has only been lightly used in freshwater, and you only paid about 300 for it, - one day, you may find yourself hoping it will finally die so you can go ahead and blow 10 grand on a fancy new motor so you can save a few bucks on gas. |

Yes I already posted fugazi about his repower with the 4 stroke. I hope I don't have to repower soon but I'd like to know about my options. Now that I have my own V20 I'm already planning what I feel would be improvements. On your boat there are two doors on the transom. Did you add those or were they a production item? I'm planning on adding a kicker to the port side which also has a live well on top. As in another post or photo in the gallery someone cut their well away. I do not want to do this, I was thinking of adding a door like yours to this side to get to the transom to fasten the bracket and then have a little more storage area. Is this possible?
I'm the third owner. The original owners were an older couple who used the boat for perch fishing. One became ill and they did not use the boat for a few years before selling it. The man I purchased it from had it one year, rack stored, new baby, good-bye V20. Sorry I'm so long but you know how it is with a new boat. Bill Mc

MAC, were you askin ME about the stern corner doors on my v21?
Mine are factory original. The posts you are refering to about cuttin away the baitwell to install the kicker bracket were by Bigshrimpin. SEARCH this site under "kicker" and they will come back up. |

Yes, I was refering to those doors. I was thinking, careful now, that by putting a door in, I could reach behind the live well to place washers and hold the nuts to fasten the kicker bracket. Anyone out there with any ideas? Thanks Bill Mc
