leaning post on EBAY..why so short?

Hey guys, here is a *"leaning post" I found on ebay. It says 21" high, but that would be more of a seat than a leaning post???

Anyone ever see one like this? Why is it so short?

You have to custom fabricate a livewell under it silly ::)

Kidding aside, maybe it came off a boat that had a built in livewell with the leaning post mounted on top. But then there would have to be a cutout for you to stand? Surely no one (but a midget) would have a 21" high leaning post ???

And now, back with the kidding...
