Willy I tightened the 9.8 down steering wise and just use the main motor like a rudder. I used a Garelick mount SS. You'll need the up and down motion. My skeg on the 9.8 still drags a little and you can't really tilt the motor forward. Here's aphoto of mine. Bill Mc ;D
