Adding scuppers.

Hammer was that end instead of and?, and if so I guess you're saying the scup will be sitting at the water level and would not let any water out because of the back pressure.Is that right?.
My boat is at my fishing club so I can't look at it right now.Is the deck height at the water level?.I thought it may be high enough to still get it to drain out, but I may be wrong.
I saw somewhere on here that Wellcraft raised the deck height at some time, would an 86 be before or after this redesign?.
