yes, normal, you're dumping extra gas in it, I do it all the time diagnosing engine issues, if it picks up, you're running lean( carb issue)

Sorry guys I know you all want to help but now that spareparts answered my question I feel 100 percent better knowing that it is normal. Hi spare great to hear from you. I remember that I had a carb issue a while ago and the mechanic said that if I wanted to check it ,push the key /choke in and see if it changes but I forgot what would change. Hey spare.
