When did Trump say that? Just saying what I think. After hearing Joe say time and time again that he wasn't dropping out. Then after his debate and they couldn't lie to you anymore he droped out without any notice to his administration. Its all lies and thst can't think for themselves believe.

President Biden did not want to drop out- he thought he could handle another 4 years.
Based on pressures from his party, people close to him he made the choice to put our nation ahead of his ego, and he acquiesced .
Like a fighter who thinks he’s got one more big fight in him, but doesn’t.
