Yep. Philly, new York and Chicago have very strict gun laws. They are safe cities right? Its like putting a "drug free zone" sign out at a school. Everyone obeys.

It’s easier to get a gun that a driver’s license.
I’m not against gun ownership, just tougher to get and I don’t believe civilians need access to AK’s
